Role Overview:

Our partner, with 13,000+ employees across the Globe, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Manager to join their team for a 3-6 month engagement, with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to manage travel logistics and optimize our partner's travel program, with a specific focus on the Nordic region and Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

2+ years experience as a Travel Manager (preferably corporate travel) or in a similar role with a strong focus on travel program oversight.

Proven expertise in Nordic travel, including regulations and considerations specific to Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Experience with travel in Western European countries (e.g., Germany, UK) is a significant plus.

Proficiency in analyzing travel data and generating reports to drive improvements.

Familiarity with Travel Management Company (TMC) operations and configurations.

Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack.

Experience with ticketing software for managing requests is beneficial.

Knowledge of specific travel booking systems and platforms commonly used in the Nordic region and Western Europe.
