An Employer of Record is a local company that formally employs you in a country where your actual working company does not have a legal entity. The EOR handles contracts, payroll, taxes, employer responsibilities, while you continue your daily work for the international company.
- We don’t work as a recruitment agency, so we don’t search for jobs or place candidates. Our role starts once you already have an offer, or are about to start working with a company abroad.
